Women (Age 40 - 49)

Life is getting busy. Running around after the family? Increased workload? It is still important to look after yourself. Consult your local GP for a 40-49 year old health check.

Perimenopause

Perimenopause is the lead-up to a woman’s final menstrual period, menopause. This usually happens in a woman’s 40s and lasts 4-6 years on average. Perimenopause can cause symptoms similar to, or even more intense, than those of menopause. Speak to your GP for ways to help you through this transition.
