Her General Practice, Women's and Family Health

We focus on creating a more wholesome experience as a primary health provider. We promise to be relatable and engaging. Her GP is a place that intends to be that sanctuary for the growing woman. We understand your health needs and do our best to address them, and the answer is not always with medications or treatments. Access and education are integral parts of health.

Our facilities, albeit small, may not be lined with the latest diagnostic facilities or treatments but are filled with thoughtful little touches for your family's comfort.

We are building relationships with local vendors who we feel are almost an essential part of healthcare that is almost never discussed in a medical setting. Access to fresh local produce from a grocer we wholeheartedly trust, advice from dietitians for a healthy yum, and exercise with a qualified exercise physiologist to keep you moving the right way. We want to encourage our families to approach healthcare, focusing on keeping them healthy rather than treating their problems. Preventative medicine is almost precisely that. Performing the proper checks before things become a problem, providing sound advice, and empowering you to stay on top of health issues.

Education is also a vital component in looking after yourself. We are committed to structuring our website to discuss, expand and discover health topics from reliable sources in this otherwise noisy world of information. Our blogs aim to discuss some of these issues from a different lens. Not always suggesting the easy way out or relaying statistics meant to shock you. Our articles will bring you on a journey to discover that maybe you aren't alone, and perhaps some problems are challenging. It may be entirely possible that conventional medicine hasn't wholly solved a problem. We are committed to sharing our discoveries, not necessarily to educate but also to be educated.

And thus, we begin our knowledge adventure into womanhood, family, and kids.
